What is CUET PG 2024?

Check CUET PG Result 2024: For the academic year 2024, the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) will be conducted to determine admission to UG/PG programs at Central and participating universities. The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) would give a single platform and equitable possibilities to applicants across the country, particularly those from the Northeast and rural and other remote regions, and will aid in the establishment of better connections with universities. A single examination would allow candidates to reach a wide range of people and participate in the admissions process to multiple Central Universities.

CUET PG 2024 Result & List of Top College & University

Role of NTA:

The NTA’s role is limited to candidate registration, test management, hosting of answer keys, inviting challenges, finalizing answer keys, producing and announcing results, and hosting Score Card. Participating universities/organizations will create a merit list. Universities can go through individual counseling based on the CUET (PG)-2024 score card issued by NTA.

CUET PG 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Candidates applying for the CUET PG 2024 test should have a bachelor’s degree in any field.
  2. Candidates in their final year will also be eligible to apply.
  3. Minimum 50%v Graduation score is a must
  4. Candidates of all ages can apply for the CUET PG entrance test, as there is no minimum age limit.

CUET PG 2024 Syllabus:

Entrance syllabus for Question papers would be available on NTA Website https://cuet.nta.nic.in. The syllabus will differ according to the courses taken by the applicants. The CUET PG 2024 Syllabus for Humanities, Languages, M.Tech, Acharya, Science, Mathematics and other subjects will be accessible in PDF format.

CUET PG 2024 Marking Scheme:

  • Each question is worth 04 (four) points..
  • Each accurate response will get the applicant 04 (four) points.  . 
  • For each wrong response, one mark (1) will be removed from the overall score. 
  • Unanswered/unattempted responses will receive 0 points.. 
  • To answer a question, the applicant must select one of the correct options.
  • If a question has been dropped due to a technical issue, full marks will be granted to all applicants, no matter whether they’ve attempted it or not.

Is CUET PG a difficult exam?

The difficulty level of the various topic papers of the CUET PG 2023 exam was found to be low to moderate. Each subject and topic has a different level of difficulty. There will be 100 questions for 400 points, with candidates having 120 minutes to answer them. MCQ-based questions from English, Yoga, Nano Science, Acharya, Mathematics, Architecture, Power and Energy Engineering, and Sports Physiology will be used to evaluate the CUET PG 2024 exam. Mode of examination will be (CBT) Computer Based Test only.

CUET PG 2024 Preparation Guidance:

  1. Before beginning test preparation, candidates must read and fully understand the CUET PG 2024 curriculum.
  2. Create a preparation timetable and follow to it.
  3. Revision should be done on a regular basis.
  4. Make a list of the essential and difficult topics and keep on practice.
  5. Mock tests and previous year’s question papers should be practiced.
