ABSSIT Meerut has inspired the life of late Shri Srichand Bharadwaj, a teacher of English and Mathematics at Digambar Jain College Baraut (U.P.). Shri S.C. Bharadwaj lost his father at the age of two and was brought up by his grandfather late Pandit Shivsahay. The importance of education was very much realized by his grandfather at that time and therefore he was sent to Pillani for his high school and then he did his graduation from Meerut College, earlier affiliated to Agra University. He started his career at European Marwari School, Malabar Hill Bombay but his roots brought him back to Baraut, a small town of Uttar Pradesh.

Attendance Requirements	A student shall be considered to have satisfied the attendance requirement if heshe has attended not less than 85% of the classes in each subject of that semester (Theory, Seminars, Industrial Training and Dissertation work) actually conducted up to the end of the Semester.A student,shall not be eligible to appear for the Examination of the Semester and shall be required to repeat that Semester along with regular students later.
Eligibility for Passing	The student shall obtain a minimum of 50% of marks in the University examination and a minimum of 50 % of marks in aggregate including the Internal Assessment marks for pass in each of the theory subject
